*A houskeeping fee of $80/unit is assessed on all rentals. Midweek housekeeping is also available for $80/unit.
Payment Terms
Initial Deposit - A security deposit of $450 is required to confirm your reservation. Security deposits will be refunded within thirty (30) days of departure, assuming there has been no damage and no extraordinary cleaning is required.
Final Payment - Due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations for which final payment has not been received within 44 days are subject to cancellation and waiting lists will be cleared. Final payment includes all rental and housekeeping fees.
Payment Form - Via personal check mailed and payable to Craig Ruess, 765 Hamilton Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94301. Payment via credit card can be arranged for an additional fee.
Cancellations - All funds received, less a $75 cancellation fee, will be refunded in full if cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to arrival. All funds for reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival will be returned (less a $75 cancellation fee) only if a subsequent rental for the time period is secured. If a subsequent rental is not secured, only the $450 security deposit is returned.
